A ROGUE Deschutes BREWERY DINNER

 

We were delighted to co-host our third tasting dinner with Deschutes Brewery from Oregon.  The event was a full house and Lance from Deschutes was wonderfully entertaining an knowledgeable as a host!  The menu was equally impressive and paired perfectly with the beer. Here's the recap:

COURSE one   ~   mirror pond  ~      ale cured arctic char gravlaxdungeness crab fritter, fingerling potato chips, bitter greens, horseradish cream

COURSE two   ~   jubilale  ~      caramelized onion souprich porcini broth, roasted mushrooms, gruyère crouton

COURSE three   ~   inversion IPA  ~      ancho braised beef short ribsrainbow chard, baby turnip, crispy gnocchi, braising jus

COURSE four   ~   black butte porter  ~      porter infused chocolate cakemocha custard, whipped cream
